Located in the walled city/old town of  Como , few meters far from the lake promenade and the Cathedral , 15 minutes walk from the funicular, the apartment of 65 square meters, comprises entrance hall, a  bedroom with a double bed, large bathroom with shower box , living room/kitchen  , wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer, toiletries. From the apartment you can see the dome of the cathedral.
Living room with sofa bed for 2 adult or 2 children,  flat screen TV with remote control, a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, Toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, complete equipment of kitchenware as well as complimentary toiletries and linens.

La Dama della Cortesella Between the narrow streets Vitani, Muralto and Olginati, one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city winds, surviving the demolition. In Via Vitani, from a fake window, the Lady of Cortesella peeks out.

From october 15th to april 15th a fee of 5€ per day is required for the heating system.

All  fees are to be paid directly to the facility

Cancellation Policies

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
